Driving around today I was thinking about going to the Birch Lodge for a chilling dog but before I made it that far the icy parking lots told me better to stay home.
I have decided to make my own Chili dog, but needed to make chili first. tomorrow I plan on making the chili dog
Chili Con Carne using the last of 2014 canned tomatoes out of garden. Also using pinto, kidney, and black beans we canned a year ago. I am not really cooking in a Thai kitchen but when I started it looked that way and while cooking I did use some fish sauce to add salt to the chili.
