First batch that been made for a few years. This time though most everything came from my garden.

    Usually I keep the food I make off this blog page but I was so excited to make a batch of Hot Ass Pickles this year. Supper great refrigerated pickles that go great with beer and BBQ. Best of all it’s from the garden! Life is good

    1. I promised that I would never share this recipe when I got it so I cant give the whole thing. But the brine is 2/3 cup salt, 2 cups white vinegar, 8 cups water. You can see whats in the jar plus can add other things that you like. Make it as hot as you like with peppers keep in fridge for 10 days then enjoy. My first jar never last the whole 10 days I start eating right after I make them.

      1. I appreciate you sharing, even loose directions. It gives me a starting point! 🙂 Thank you so much! I don’t know about you, but I’m over run in cucumbers(peppers and squash) this year! I’m having to pickle, freeze, and can more than most summers. But so thankful for a healthy garden!
